Well, you just broke into my thinking, dear one. I've been struggling with the “in front of my eyes” world … trying to focus on the Lord, instead, and trust Him, but sorrow is trying to break through more strongly. Have to hash this out more strongly.

Love the photo… love good thinking/sharing.

Nancy thank YOU for your kind words. The Holy Spirit just 'downloaded' the words on my way to school the other morning. I love it when he does that!

And yes,God, keep us aware of the 'what ifs?'!!!

I, too, love this. It's all about perspective. God, help me fight against the “what ifs” of the future that blind me to the beautiful blessings of today! Thank you for saying it so poetically and memorably, Jody.

    Absolutely!

In the jail ministry we say, “Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift because it is the present.”

I look at this and think, Give and it will be given to you…in a new way.
    Good morning.
