Hunting for Red in October

Red in the blueberries, bidding farewell to the season

Red on my table, my plate, and in a bowl
(a bounty of tomatoes–all shapes and sizes)

The red Cardinal Flower, last blooms in the garden

Red near the park

as the maples mark the cooler days

And the best red I’ve read anywhere………..

“In Him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace.”  Ephesians 1:7

  1. Don't you just love it when something somewhere suddenly makes you SEE?

  2. Thank you, Glenda. Yep, God just dropped the idea in my head. (I seemed to be 'seeing red' everywhere, but couldn't get all the photos in.) Smile.

  3. Diana–thank you…you're a photo inspiration as well. And I will look for Sandy's red notes. I'm sure they're amazing. Thanks for the recommendation.

  4. LOVELY, Jody. Thank you. (You should check out Sandy King's writings about red. :>)
